Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are dispatched. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or return for products that you have ordered if:

You don’t receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days with no 2-5 days processing)
You received the wrong item
You don’t want the product you received (but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused).

We do not issue a refund if:

Your order is not arriving due to factors that you control (such as providing the wrong shipping address).
Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
